Practice Communication
If the doctor is with a patient a message will be taken and your call will be returned as soon as possible, whilst returning calls during sessions may not be practical, doctors will endeavour to return calls before or after their sessions. Your call might be directed to one of our nurses who may be able to assist you if your Doctor is not available.Doctors and staff do not communicate via email with patients, due to privacy reasons.
All faxes are given to Doctors in between consults.
Non-medical Staff cannot give treatment or advice over the telephone.
Results of tests are not given out, unless cleared with the Doctor.
